The Breathing Tree provides personal instruction in equitable yoga and wellness practices to support and improve health in a safe space. We strive to ignite and spread joy and well-being by offering financially accessible services in the studio and community. We aspire to create peace within ourselves, our families, our community, and the world.
Announcements:
Beginning January 1, 2026, all class and program participants will be required to complete and sign TBT’s updated waiver form, which will remain valid for the calendar year. Those participants under the age of 18 years old must have parent/legal guardian sign the waiver form. The form is available at the front desk in the studio or on our “Classes” page. To save time prior to beginning your class, we encourage you to download, print, complete it, and bring it with you to class.
Beginning January 6, 2026, Tuesday and Thursday evening Yoga (with Julie and Christa) will be held from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Advanced registration is recommended.
We’re excited to announce—Alicia Culbertson has returned to the studio and is offering Sound Healing on Mondays at 7:00 p.m.
