SPECIAL CLASS OFFERING-2 dates only! Community Yoga: Hatha Flow with Ashley Davis Floyd, Saturday, May 16 at 10:30 a.m. and Wednesday, May 20 at 8:30 a.m. Join us for a 60-minute yoga class at The Breathing Tree. This all-levels offering blends mindful movement, foundational alignment, and breath awareness to support strength, flexibility, and balance. The class will guide students through a Hatha Flow practice focused on steady, intentional movement. Postures will emphasize alignment, stability, and functional mobility, helping students build strength while increasing flexibility. The flow will move at a thoughtful pace, giving beginners the opportunity to learn and understand foundational shapes, while more experienced practitioners will receive optional variations and advanced position offerings to deepen strength, mobility, and body awareness. This asana practice is intentionally designed to prepare the body for stillness, gently opening the hips, spine, and shoulders.
Beginning June 1st, Morning Flow will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00 a.m.. Start your summer mornings off right and enjoy strong, dynamic movement in this session coupled with stillness and intentional breathing. It will guide you into balance, strength and flexibility of body, mind and spirit. This class is for all levels as modifications are demonstrated.
Beginning January 1, 2026, all class and program participants will be required to complete and sign TBT’s updated waiver form, which will remain valid for the calendar year. Those participants under the age of 18 years old must have parent/legal guardian sign the waiver form. The form is available at the front desk in the studio or on our “Classes” page. To save time prior to beginning your class, we encourage you to download, print, complete it, and bring it with you to class.
