The Breathing Tree provides personal instruction in equitable yoga and wellness practices to support and improve health in a safe space. We strive to ignite and spread joy and well-being by offering financially accessible services in the studio and community. We aspire to create peace within ourselves, our families, our community, and the world.

Announcements:

The next Open Mic is Thursday, September 17th from 7pm-9pm with Steve Endsley as your host - sign up to perform at the door, or put your name down NOW by visiting www.FultonCountyArts.org/open-mic ● September’s pantry drive will benefit the Lakeland Community Church Essentials Pantry. Donations can be dropped off anytime during the open mic, or throughout the month at The Nook on the Square during their regular business hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Beginning August 29, Barre with Renae is happening on Saturdays at 10:30am!

Thursday evening Yoga with Christa will return on September 3 at 7pm!

Beginning January 1, 2026, all class and program participants will be required to complete and sign TBT’s updated waiver form, which will remain valid for the calendar year. Those participants under the age of 18 years old must have parent/legal guardian sign the waiver form. The form is available at the front desk in the studio or on our “Classes” page. To save time prior to beginning your class, we encourage you to download, print, complete it, and bring it with you to class.
