New class offering starting Tuesday, March 24—Barre with Renae on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. A full body, ballet inspired workout that blends fluid movement with small, controlled exercises designed to strengthen and tone the body. Using the barre for support and balance, we focus on muscular endurance, flexibility, posture and stability. This low-impact class is accessible to all levels while still offering a challenging and energizing workout that leaves you feeling strong, more balanced and grounded.
