Restorative Yoga

Amber Gregory has an appreciation of the ability and personal goal of each individual to incorporate yoga into their life and she brings a passion for knowledge with a light-hearted attitude that makes her classes informative and fun. 

A restorative yoga sequence typically involves five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.
