Mindfulness is the practice of being aware. By becoming more mindful, we can learn self-compassion and how to live in the present moment. This gentle flow class will have mindfulness techniques, guided meditation, and breath work intertwined.
Some poses will be explained in-depth, and the class will end with yoga nidra. All levels welcome.
