Embrace the season of summer with a heart-opening, mindful flow. This class will prepare the shoulders, legs, and chest with a gentle warm up, build heat with movement, and end with exploration of inversions and backbends. Props such as bolsters and blocks will be used for support.

Trish needs no introduction, as her presence in Peoria's yoga community began at Yoga Way. She was also the co-founder of Downtown Yoga. Trish has been a student and teacher of yoga for nearly 20 years. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Daren Friesen and is a Registered Thai Therapist. Her alignment-based practices are an expression of her energy for life and yoga.
