Treat yourself to a night of pure relaxation. Nourish the body and mind with a gentle restorative yoga class by candlelight followed by an extended guided meditation. After class, stick around for chocolate, tea or wine, and conversation.
Class will be led by Lindsey Larson, a 200 hour registered yoga teacher and mom of three.
