Whether you're new to yoga or are a seasoned practitioner, learn more about the history of yoga and how the physical "asana" fits into the many pieces of a complete yoga practice. After this brief introduction, get on the mat and learn how to modify common yoga postures for YOUR practice, to fit your body and your abilities. We will end with time to answer any questions you might have about yoga.
