Reiki is a Japanese technique, passed on from the teacher to the student, that helps us manage stress and promotes healing. It is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.  

If one's "life force energy" is high we are more capable of a happy and healthy life! Once you have received a Reiki attunement, you will have Reiki connection for the remainder of your life.

Reiki Level 2 is often defined by a focus on practicing Reiki on others, as well as an expanded opening of the energy channels from your previous level 1 attunement.

Additionally, students receive the "Reiki symbols" and Level 2 attunement. The Reiki symbols allow the practitioner to connect more deeply to the universal energy, as well as draw on the qualities that the symbols represent. This includes the ability to provide distance Reiki, or sending healing energy to individuals wherever they may be. Additionally, we will learn how to create crystal grids, and how to offer a Reiki treatment to others. (Level 1 Reiki attunement is needed before level 2)

This attunement focuses on opening the heart chakra and expands the energy channel as well as your connect to the Reiki source. A 21 day energetic cleanse will start post attunement that moves through your chakras cleaning and releasing bound energy (including stuck emotions and behavioral patterns). Please bring your Level 1 book (Reiki for Life) and additional info will be provided the day of the workshop. Please be prepared to take notes/journal.
